The Sixth Health & Wellness Fair is this Saturday 5th of May!

The 6th Health & Wellness Fair is being held at Vista-SK this Saturday! This fair includes all the great previous features, such as free dance and fitness classes, demos and workshops, as well as a NEW Pop-Up Wellness Center, where you can try out a range of holistic health and wellness services, all for free! The Pop-Up Wellness Center will include:

• Chiropractic Spinal Checks with Dr Steve

• Physiotherapy with Lisiane

• Traditional Chinese Medicine with Dr Eric

• Preventive Health Advice with GP Dr Helen Shen & OB/Gyn Dr Cheri & Mini Check-up

• Airnergy Relaxation with Bya

• Massage with Licensed Therapist Casey

• Life Coaching with Chris Dumont

 

Also NEW this year we have the "Kid's Challenge" and prize draws.... sports, dance, fitness, design, storytelling and more challenges... complete the challenge course to get a prize!

 

Plus we can't forget to mention all the delicious food in our food court and all the product vendors.... All this Saturday from 10am to 4pm
